Head. Desk. Lift. Head. Desk. Repeat.

As promised, this book includes 101 mindful ways to build resilience. They include 'stoplight meditation' and 'mental flossing.'

This book and so many others are based on the argument that if we just think differently - we can be different. If we can just take one more cleansing breath, we will feel so much better about our lives.

I wish a cleaning breath could transform our working and personal lives. Sadly, oxygen supply is the least of our worries.

Donald Altman je psychoterapeut a bývalý budhistický mních. Dnes je profesorom na Interpersonal Neurobiology program at Portland State University. Jeho kniha The Mindfulness Toolbox získala dve zlaté ocenenia Benjamina Franklina za najlepšiu knihu v kategóriách mind-body-spirit a psychology v roku 2015. Iná kniha The Mindfulness Code bola vo výbere “one of the best spiritual books of 2010.
